Steps to join and hire a SUPS paddle board or kayak
Register online here once you have confirmed your account by SMS or email you can make a booking using the SUPS App at a convenient time and location. or Visit one of our beach front locations and register with your mobile or email with one of our team members.
All bookings and sales require a SUPS membership and a valid credit card. We only accept VISA cards for all security deposits and or hire and sales. All electronic payments come with an additional surcharge. Sorry, we do not accept cash for the safety of our team members and volunteers.
We specialise in custom paddles for adults and juniors, including paddles and oars. Rigid and inflatable paddle boards, canoes, kayaks and skim boards. Adult and Junior life vests.
Yes you can. If you dont own a board or canoe or if you dont feel like packing it in the car with you, we will attempt to provide a hire board on request.
What happens if l miss a Booking?
You can cancel your booking using the SUPS App. Early cancellation upto 2 hours before any booking will incur no costs. If you do not arrive your booking will advance any waitlist and you will forfeit your visit.
Membership is free to NEW paddle boarders who do not own or intend to use their own equipment. A small one of annual fee of $49 is charged for NEW members who plan to attend events and bring there own paddle boards or water craft.
No ongoing contracts are required, you are free to cancel your memebership at any time. Any requests for refunds of prepaid services will be considered. SUPS reserves the right to cancel any account with or without notice. Continued use of this service implies consent to these terms..
